Service Product Training/ Service Engineer
1.Enter partner’s info into Sales Force.
2.Introduce Enphase technology and product to partner.
3.Assess a partner’s business and jointly developing successful strategies to incorporate and sell Enphase products in a way that positively impacts all aspects of the partner’s P&L.
4.Managing a portfolio of customers to achieve revenue and share objectives.
5.Support the Residential and Commercial Sales Organization with Product’s Technical Expertise
6.Prepare and conduct technical training programs.
7.Conduct live training, presentations, and webinars.
8.Execute customer-facing Technical Product Adoption programs.
9.Execute customer-facing New Product Introduction (NPI) field activities.
10.Develop and deliver documentation such as: design guides, line diagrams, standard BOMs, technical briefs, best practices, and training.
11.Provide clear Customer Technical Requirements feedback to Product Management and Product Development Teams.
12.Engage in specialized System Designs support activities.
13.Coordinate and execute field testing and feedback collection for new hardware and software.
14.Understanding our customers’ processes and procedures and modifying training approach(es) to promote adoption of best practices for operational efficiency.
15.Acting as liaison between our customers and the broader Enphase organization to ensure that customers’ needs are incorporated into training and product designs.
